In-store purchases:

Returns for undamaged merchandise allowed within 30 days of purchase; 20% restocking fee for out-of-packaging merchandise.

For bikes, there is a $100 fee plus the cost of parts and labor to restore to like-new.

Deposits on layaway bikes and special orders are non-refundable but transferable after a 5% transfer fee plus any associated shipping costs.
